Please be aware that there has been a recent spate of fake parking tickets being placed on vehicles throughout Aberdare.

Rhondda Cynon Taff council and South Wales Police are both aware of the situation.

If you receive a parking ticket and wish to check its legitimacy, please contact the Rhondda Cynon Taff Parking Services team on 01443 425001.

Alternatively, you can confirm the legitimacy of the ticket with South Wales Police. 

Please stay vigilant and share this information with neighbours who may not be aware.
